Move Order lines are getting closed without deliver transaction

I have an issue where move order lines are closed for a receipt without deliver transactions. I m not sure if an user tried to do a putaway but ended in error. There are no interface error when I checked. Is there a way to reopen the move order without data fix or can you please suggest a different approach to find the root cause and solution.
