Employee benefits self-service, R085524 is not processing records in the F085520W

Hi,

I am trying to set up employee benefit self service for open enrolment. The idea here is that we'll load the information in the F085520W and F05420 and then run R085524. I have gone through the employee benefits self service setup. I am not sure why my records in the workfile are not being picked up for processing. Is it possible that I need some self-service ESUs applied?
