ORACLE_HOME in RAC Best Practice

     HI All,

we are on the way to Configure RAC Env for one of the most critical Database. planed to Setup 11gR2(11.2.0.3) . Now my main point is oracle also gives option to put Oracle binaries in shared environment .All nodes will be sharing same home and ofucsre we have separate home option. can you all please guide me what are benefits  or disadvantages of putting Binaries on shared environment. and what adventages and cons we can have while putting in separate. ???
