Negative NBV on retiring an asset whose cost and salvage are same

    We are on version 9.1 bundle 20. When were a retiring an asset whose cost and salvage are same then system is doubling up the Accum Depr thereby creating a nagtive NBV situation. Every time we reinstate and retire,system is doubling up the AD. Even adjusting Accum depreciation is not helping.

Please let me know the correct steps to clear the NBV balance via system or sql updates
