BC Payables Journal

Hi,

In the Mar-13 period we see that 'BC Payables Journal' has been created to which we can not drilldown.

According to the Note in Metalink to resolve this issue I ran the 'Budgetary Control Optimizer' program which will clear the Orphan Recored from gl_bc_packets but this did not happen and we still have BC Payables Journals.

Kindly help us in resolving this issue.
