Form Personalization

Hi,

Our requirement is to show the Special Info(PERWSPDC) information of an employee in the People's form.

When the employee enters the Person's form then if the employee has valid SIT then message has to get printed with the SIT start date and end date.

Basically how can I reference to the fields in the other form and print values in message using form personalization.

People's form(PERWSHRG) is the main form which has to display values from Special Information Form(PERWSPDC). How can we make the reference.

Any help is much appreciated.
