Disable Apply Button in Receipts Screen (ARXRWMAI.fmb)

Hi Need Help

We have a requirement to disable/hide the 'Apply' and 'Search And Apply' for a certain user in the Receipts screen . Receivables Superuser > Receipts > Receipts.

We tried forms personalization for the Apply button as per note 'How Can We Hide Apply Button on Receipt Form Using Form Personalizations (Doc ID 556215.1)',

However, it did not work.

The issue is 'When the display property of the button is set to false in the WHEN_NEW_BLOCK instance it is working temporarily only till the transaction number in the 'Main Tab' is entered. The moment a transaction number is selected, the Apply button is appearing back. (Please see the attached file for the screenshots)
