Default Organisation not getting populated when a case is assigned to SADMIN.

Hi All,

When a new case is created in Siebel and the conditions of Assignment Manager are not met, the case is automatically assigned to SADMIN.

The issue is that whenever this happens, the "Default Organisation" is not getting populated by itself. Hence the case created is not visible in "All Cases View".

Further in Workflow Policy Object "PUB Case" the Default Employee and Default Organization is blank, is this a vanilla functionality? Can you suggest if this is the correct behaviour?
