Approver getting Exception error after hitting the Quote details option

Hi Team,

Here I am facing an unusual error of exception stack. I attached the same for your review.

Actually, created the AME rules and it is working correctly and approvers are receiving the approval notifications also. However, one of the approver is not able to see the Quote details after I hit 'Quote details' option under the notification and select the resp. like Sales or Telesales, I received the attached error.

Please can you advice I matched the accounts details and responsibilities with one of the approver from the same hierarchy who is not getting this error.
