Report - LOV's not showing for a Sales Executive & showing for other

Hi,

There is a report on Subject: "Activity" named as "Proposal Submission Report" which captures all the opportunities for Activity Type: "Proposals". Now, a new user with Role: "Sales Executive" is added in the system however he's not able to view any LOV's under the prompt "Business Vertical" for this report.

However, one of the other Sales Executive is able to see the LOV's under same report. I'm not able to understand why such behavior is happening?

I tried to check the role & access / privileges but not able to find any such difference ( All seems to be same).

Appreciate quick help please.
