How to change report so you have a template and can select output type under the Conc Req Layout sec
My customer wants the seeded "Element Result Listing" and the "Element Result Listing (XML)" reports changed so they can select a template that will put the output in Excel.
When I select either of those resports in the Submit Requests form ... and then I select "Options", the "layout" section is disabled (grayed) out.
Has anyone every changed a seeded report so you can have a template displayed int he "Layout" section and choose the type of output you want?
Any information or reference documents would be greatly appreciated.
