6400501 opatch error

I am on the process of upgrading EBS 12.1.1 db 10.2.0.5 to 11.2.0.4. As a pre req patch I am trying to apply 6400501 below error comes

MISSING_COMPONENT : oracle.rsf.plsql_rsf, 10.1.0.5.0
SKIPPING_COMPONENT=oracle.rdbms,10.1.0.5.0
SKIPPING_COMPONENT=oracle.rdbms.plsql,10.1.0.5.0
SKIPPING_COMPONENT=oracle.p2k.proc,10.1.0.5.0
SKIPPING_COMPONENT=oracle.rdbms.rman,10.1.0.5.0

This Oracle Home does not have components/versions required by the patch.

ERROR: OPatch failed during pre-reqs check.
