Oracle R12 Payments showing as Created but unaccounted

I did payments and created accounting successfully.

I am now closing the period and ran the unaccounted transactions, a list of the payments are showing under Unaccounted Payments as unaccounted. I checked Period Close Exception reports and they are showing there with status CREATED.

I have done online accounting and it will end as completed but nothing changes. I have also ran the concurrent program Create Accounting for payments, no changes too.

Kindly help me resolve this.
