patchset disable web client menu bar and buttons

Hi,

Last week I installed patchset4 on top of 8.1.1.11 and when I run the dedicated web client (DWC) I lost the menu bar and button.

see attached screenshot

This week, I did a full install of the DWC:

  1. 8.1.1.0 (buttons and menu still visible)
  2. 8.1.1.10 (buttons and menu still visible)
  3. 8.1.1.11 (buttons and menu still visible)
  4. 8.1.1.11.5 (buttons and menu both lost)

Again, I lost the buttons and the menu.

I installed everything again on a different machine and I came up with the same result.

Both machines run windows XP and IE8

I checked the release note but I don't think I have missed any installation steps.
