NER is not getting checked in - Throws an error

Hi,

I modified an NER. After building it successfully, i tried to check it in. But throws an error  "Error: General error in method, Check in"

Usually this error is shown id project in not in 21 status, owner is not added as developer etc....   I checked all these. Status 21, User Id is added as developer in owners list. 

While checked in the Logging option, I found the message as below......

" Failed to write file \\AM2HM175\E900\DV900\include\N4300970.h in FUtil::CopyF. "

Not sure how to fix this.

Note:  all other objects (application, report, data structure etc) in this project can be checked in. This happens only to NER and C Bsfns....
