Pull Replenishment - UOM

Hi

I had a basic question regarding Pull replenishment.

We have 3 UOM's ---  Each, MP (Master Pack) and Inner Pack (IP). UOM conversions have been defined for these UOMs on the item basis.

Now we can use any of this in the subinventory setup , in the field Picking UOM Default Replenishment. The quantity of replenishment created depends upon the Ea, MP or IP placed in this field as it uses these conversions and the min max quantity selected to come out with the replenishment quantity. However everytime, it gives the quantity in MP units.

From where does it decide in the system that the replenishments has to be created in MP uom and not in EA or IP UOM.
