Can multiple VMs (guests) be pinned to the same cores?

I would like to be able to have multiple instances be able to share a set of vCPUs, similar to the way you can run multiple VMs on un-pinned CPUs.

So I have two questions:

1. Is it technically feasible and viable to pin multiple VMs to the same set of cores?

2. Is this a supported configuration (e.g. will Oracle Support provide support services)?
