Setting Time Zone in FCM

Hello everybody,

I need to set up FCM application to be Central Time. I found that to set the Zone Time I go to EPM Workspace>Select File>then Preferences>Close Manager>then I select the Time Zone from the list.

My quetion is:

Once as an Admin, I set up the time zone in the FCM application, would that time zone change will impact all users? or would only impact me?

Please advice
