Add-in Retrieve Selected Area

I recently got a new laptop and for some reason the Spreadsheet Add-in no longer retrieves a selected area.  I've been using this product for more years than I care to say and this is the first time this function does not work.  When I attempt it I get an unknown members warning (yes, there are unknown members) but I retrieves the entire spreadsheet.

We are running 11.1.2.1,  Win 7 32bit  and Excel 2010,  I have as similar laptop with the same configurations and that works fine.  The only slight difference is in the Excel 2010 Version.  The working one has Version 14.0.6023.1000 and the non working Version is 14.0.7015.1000.  Could that be it.
