ADDM finding for session connect and disconnect

In Grid Control monitoring 11.2.0.3 database,there is a finding for "Session Connect and Disconnect" under ADDM Performance Analysis section. Considering the snapshot period range, i queried dba_audit_trail to find session information. I see pretty much majority sessions are from DBSNMP user from grid control repository server. I found about 103 session records for a 1hr duration (98% are from dbsnmp). The impact % for this finding is 95.1%. Where as in another database with up to 480 sessions the same finding has a impact percentage of 5% (Application connected to this database uses connection pool in Weblogic). Please someone throw
