R3465 not extracting actual sales history

We are currently running 9.10 application R3465 to extract sales history. We want to extract sales history for ST order types. When we run R3465 with data selection to include all stocking types except F & K and business unit for just one BU we are getting nothing to extract even though we verified there are ST records in the history file. We even tried running it wide open and still got nothing to extract. Plus we tried creating new version and that did not work. Has anyone else had this issue?
