OBIP 11.1.1.7 no menu for word 2007

Hello

actually i tried to install obi publisher desktop but facing errors,

i needed to install jre 32 and 64 before installing oracle bi publisher 11.1.1.7 32

after install there is no menu within word , no addin

also it is not possible to install bip desktop 64 bits as it says "install bip desktop 32 bits" !!

but with version 11.1.1.6 32 bits there i see bi publisher menu in word

Any ideas to solve it ???
