Unpredicted rollbacks impact AE processing
Hi everyone,
I am curious if anyone else has seen or heard of similar behavior to something I experienced recently with a customer.
Customer had been in production for a long time and Inventory orders were processing normally through the Order Release process. Then one day, and the customer could pinpoint the day, the process stopped processing rows through Order release. The statistics printed in the message log were really odd too... early messages indicated there were rows to process, but later it summarized what it did saying 0 pick lists created.
What was even more odd is that when we took an order that we knew should quality for order release and processed just that order, it completed fine. Then we tried two orders, and it failed with the same symptoms.
