Get "Error displaying host configuration - Host configuration not found" in OEM

I have just installed 2 new servers to replace my existing servers (with poor hardware). Installed the same Oracle version (11.2.0.3 on Windows 2008 R2 Server) and the same agent (11.1.0.1.0). The "old servers" looks just fine, but on the 2 new ones, I am not able to see  "Configuration" when I go to Hosts - select the host - choose configuration (in OEM). "Operating system" and "Hardware platform" is "Not available" in the GUI. When I click on Configuration I get

"Error displaying host configuration - Host configuration not found. Check to see...and so on". If i push Refresh Configuration it fails with the same error message. Anybody having any good ideas?

Howdy, Stranger!
