Sponsor Information not available at Grant Award

Hi GA pros,

I trying to create a Grant Award and when I press OK the system alerts me that a Bill / Ship to information of the Sponsor must be provided.  I check the information of the Sponsor via Customer Entry windows and make sure that both Bill and Ship To business purposes were completed.  I also make sure the contact information was also created at both main and address level.  What I am missing?
