Generating Draft Invoices for multiple projects that are not in a range

Hi,

I am just wondering if a person could or has customized  PRC: Generate Draft Invoices for a Range of Project or created a concurrent program much like it where you could run it for multiple projects that are not in a range, but based off a different criteria.  I have researched the concurrent programs and you can define  parameters as an SQL statement, but I am not finding that the executable called in PRC: Generate Draft Invoices for a Range of Project lends itself to that.  We have a requirement to fulfill where we need to bill >100 projects weekly
