ETO: Uploading Job Cost Budget for specified cost code ranges (R31P800)

Hi All, I have a Q regarding ETO - R31P800.

Our client creates the ETO budget from the “Planned Costs” for large Jobs, however for the smaller Asset Services Jobs which are set up for quarter they manually update their budget in the Financial status page.

When copying the budget to the Job Cost the system uses the planned cost at that time, planned costs can change in the ETO workbench so if they upload to the Job Cost Budget it will update the original budget figure to equal the planned cost.

This is why we were looking at the processing option under the edits tab to enter cost code ranges (please see attached screenshot). When we tried this the system did not update the Job Cost Budget for the specified account range.  Any suggestions why would this be the case?
