E1 Server Manager is not showing Windows Enterprise server status

Hello,

We have added a new app server(Windows) but server manager is not showing the correct status of the server. Moreover, we are not able to start and restart the services of ENT server from server manager. But Management Agent is showing up in server manager for that App server. Only thing in server manager not able to see the services up or not for that app server and can't able to restart the services also...

In our JDE.ini service prefix does start with JDE 910.

Our tools release is 9.1.3.3 and Server manager console version is 9.1.0.1A.

I m attaching the server manager agent log from new Windows APP server .
