11gR2 with SAN storage on Solaris moving log_archive_dest1 and 2 to db_recovery_file_dest with Oracl

Hi There:

I have inherited an environment, that appears to have kept an old configuration.  The situation is Oracle EBS Suite 11i sitting on DBMS 11gR2.  I noticed that we are getting OEM alerts for /u04/prod_archive1 and /u04/prod_archive2 exceeding 80% of space.   When I do the show parameters, I can see that the db_recovery_file_dest is set to /u04/flash_recovery as expected, but for some reason log_archive_dest_1 is set to /u04/prod_archive1 and log_archive_dest_2 is set to /u04/prod_archive2.  The log_archive_dest parameter is NOT SET.  To me, the archivelogs should be kept in the flash_recovery (fast_recovery) area and this is some old configuration perhaps for a
