OKS Authoring form - Restricting the values in the Contacts LOV

Hi,

We have a requirement in R12 Service Contracts to add a new Contact type 'Sales Administrative' under the Vendor Operating Unit. The LOV for this new contact must contain a restricted set of 9 resources.

We have created a new Contact Role with the Source as 'Resource' (as shown in the attached screenshot) - the LOV for Sales Administrative now displays all the resources in the system.

Is there any way to restrict the values further (as we only need to display 9 people out of the entire list)? Maybe by adding them to a resource group or such?
