Internal Requistion

Hello,

I have set-up my Inventory Item parameters for internal requisitions, I have also created an internal location which is also a destination location and assigned it to the internal customer ship to address.

Now, I am testing an internal transaction, but when I reach the source organization field, I can populate the source organization, but I have a NOTE which says "Destination location requires customer association in the source organization". I have also attached screen shots.

Is there any set-up I am missing
