Integration Event Queue

Hi,

Currently, we have an "Integration Event Queue" being configured for our client which is almost 3-4 yrs old. And there is a workflow built with this respective Queue name in its action. However we're not able to identify what is its impact or how its behaving or is even not making any change at all? Even client isn't aware of it (Seems tried to setup something but didn't implemented).

Can anyone refer me to correct direction here please?

Also, the current queue capacity is showing as 400. And we need to do some integration for which the queue size needs to be increased to about 2000. So, how can I achieve the same i.e. I mean will it require opening SR with Oracle?
