Ora-12541 tns-no listener in E910

Hi, by refering to above thread, i still failed to recreate a good listener by using netca..

FYI, i removed the both DB paths's listener file and run the netca.exe

From there, i created a new listener...along the way, i used below Spec:

TCP

port 1521 same as TNSname ? would this result in conflict or need to change ?

After that, it created a new listener file in oracle 32bit db path...do i need to copy it as well to 64bit oracle db path which \xxx\xx\network\admin?

after i made both of these paths 's listener an tnsname ora file identical each other...i rerun the jde login..but still failed
