Oracle Receivables Release Notes for Release 12.2.2 (Doc ID 1584866.1)

Hello,

I have a question regarding the release note for R12.2.2, because after I had reviewed the document, I noticed that it was saying that there are no new or changed features. However when I checked the below document;

it occured to me that there are changes made for receivables for R12.2.2, so why does not the release document for the receivables mentioning it. In fact the product specific release notes should give us the detailed information about all changes and new functionality.
