From where we define Offerings and Categories in OTA 11.5.9?

Hi everyone,

what i would like to ask you that; i want to define offerings and categories in OTA (11.5.9), not the OLM. I use Oracle Training Administration responsibilty but i couldn't find where to define these two things.

Any help will be appreciated.
