Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

R12: Patch 14320908 wont apply

Hello,

When I apply patch 14320908 with adpatch preinstall=y, adpatch runs through with no errors yet once complete the patch has not been installed.

Oracle EBS 12.0.6 Redhat 5.2 64bit

When checking in OAM the patch is not found.
