How to control the product and By product actual qty not exceed Ingredient actual qty?

Hi all,

How to control the product and By product actual qty not exceed Ingredient actual qty in Production Batch?

For Ex: Ingredient actual qty is 100 Product qty is 80 By product Qty is 20 it is a actual case but

some time user may be made the transaction Ing is 100 but product updated 90 Byproduct updated 20, In this case system not allow to exceed qty.

i need without customization how i can control?
