How can we move the goods from staging area to FG

Hi,

We raised the sale order and done the pick release and move order,while doing the ship confirm we are unable to do, finally we came to knew system was not picked the serial numbers of item at shipping transaction form,

We thought like might be those serial numbers was strucked some were, for that we done Bach order against the sale order and done the pick release for moving the goods from staging to FG subinventory.

Here the problem is still those item serial numbers are lying at staging area, not yet moved to FG.

Please suggest us
