Listener of 11g with 10g DB

Hi All

Is it possible just to install 11g  Listener services (Release 2 binaries) on running 10g(10.2.0.4) DB instance on IBM AIX platform ? From new 11g home just start the new listener services and DB from 10g Home?

Is it supported?  Is it possible? This we need to resolve some security issue.
