Service Contract Currency Exchange Date and Rate missing on Contract
Hi All: We have an issue where we find that the Service Contract currency exchange date and rate are missing on the contract header; when we push service data over from Order Management to OKS, and where the service currency (CAD) is different from the functional currency (USD). What we do: 1) Enter new order in OM with Service Item(s) and price it in a currency other than the functional currency of the Operating Unit. For example, price in CAD, where the functional currency = USD. 2) Next, push the order with a service-item over to OKS via "Service Contracts Order Capture Integration" to create the service contract agreement; however, the currency exchange date and rate are missing on the contract header. |
