Customizing PO Output for Communication (POXPOPDF) - Oracle r12.1.3

Hello,

We have developed a customized PO report using XML publisher template.  It is a completely customized new template  in PDF format that is required to be sent via email to our suppliers.

Below are steps showing what we did.

Step 1.  Developed a PO.rtf  and RDF template using XML Publisher.
Step 2.  Registered as a Data Definition and Templates using XML Publisher Admin responsibility.
Step 3.  Changed the Document Type Settings for Standard Purchase Order and assign the custom template to standard PO.
Step 4.  Changed Supplier Site Communication Notification preferences to Email.
Step 5.  Tested by approving a PO with Email check box checked and it ran the PO Output for Communication program.
