PS 9.2: Supplier Contracts : Do we have option to define tolerances for items qty/amount

Hi,

We are trying to find an option in Supplier contracts that allow us to set tolerances for the qty and amount.

The reason why we need that is :

We have had 2 instances where the supplier was a couple pieces short per the order and asked to consider complete.
However, when trying to adjust the purchase order quantity down to the received quantity, the system will not let you reduce it. An error message pops up stating that the order quantity can t be less than the min order quantity as stated on the contract.

We are not sure if it is possible to set up a receiving % tolerance in supplier contracts and need help to determine where this field is located
