Documentation lack in 12c

My database shows parameter DB_BIG_TABLE_CACHE_PERCENT_TARGET which is nowhere to be found in the 12c reference manual. As in the previous case, MOS knowledge database comes up empty. I thought that this would be related to adaptive direct I/O feature pioneered in the Oracle 11G, but it isn't. No matter how I set it, it doesn't change the use of direct IO. The next guess is that this is the percentage of the memory for the column store, so called "OLAP acceleration"?  I would really appreciate the clarification.
