Indexed allocations and row security

We are upgrading from JDE 8.12 to 9.1. We are in the testing phase. Our users who use indexed allocations, and specifically those which use the *##### for all BU's in a company are having issues. In 8.12 we did not have any special row security for users that used *#####. We use inclusive row security. In our testing we have copied the row security for these users verbatim from 8.12 to 9.1.
