Question about SSSE and the patch to 8.1.1.11

We have just patched our app to v8.1.1.11 and as we are going through the IRM conflict log, we are seeing a number of critical conflicts involving the SSSE Integration Objects.  They all say the same thing about different objects.

It appears the the repository merge used the standard value which is different from what was set (the old default as we did not change any of therm during implementation).  Is this something that I need to change back or will the new values be ok?
