Discripency in report output from environment to another !!

Hi,

I have a custom report made by report builder with XML output and RTF template,

The report SQL query has a where condition based on user input parameters.

the report doesn’t retrieve data when I run it from EBS application

however when I run it from Report builder or Toad it retrieves data  - This is weird. I know-

I don’t understand what is happening ?

Any help PLS
