Qualifier Groups with Modifiers

Hello,

When my company offers promotions(aka discounts) to it's customers, it offers discounted prices for specific item numbers, however, these promotions are offered to one or more Sales Channels, or specific customers within the sales channels.  Lets say that we have these sales channels:

123 (Sales channel 123 has Customer A, Customer B, and Customer C)

456 (Sales channel 456 has Customer D, Customer E, and Customer F)

789 (Sales channel 789 has Customer G, Customer H, and Customer I)

Starting on 17-MAR-14 through 31-MAY-14, a promotional discount of $.80 will be given on Items 1001023 and 1001024.  This promotional discount will only be given to Sales Orders in which the customer's sale channel is, 123 or 456 or the customer name is Customer H.
