HR PTO: PT/Regular accrual calculations
We have some part-time/regular staff who work less than 80 hours a pay period, for example 72 hours in a bi-weekly pay period. Their vacation and sick accruals are currently calculating based on their percentage of full-time hours (e.g. 72/80 * regular-accrual-rate or a 90% accrual rate).
Now our staff want our accruals to round to one decimal place rather than to three, which it was implemented at. Staff have adjusted the accrual bands to be figures with just one decimal position and have posted adjustments to get the current accruals rounded, but each new payroll is not rounding the PT/regular staff.
