R12.1.3 11g integration with Worldship

Feel free to move this question accordingly.

We are on R12.1.3.  We are trying to get Worldship to connect to our database.  We downloaded 11g client, added the TNS, and we can do a connection test just fine via administrative tools on the machine.  Worldship states it is not the correct drivers and will not connect.  We have tried 64bit and 32bit ODBC to no avail.  Does anyone know if Worldship even works with 11g client? 

Forgive me if I am using the wrong terminology.  I am going in circles with UPS, as it seems to be a Worldship application issue, but I figured I would put it out here incase any of you have come across this issue.
