CASE SENSITIVITY

Hello Experts,

Just want to explore the possibility of disabling 'Case Sensitivity' on a picklist field on all modules. One particular example is when you assign an Opportunity/Quote/Order/SR record to a different owner; we would like our users to have a user-friendly navigation. See attachment for your reference.

Your expert advise will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
